Your right to cancel<\/h2>\n

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel most orders for any reason within 14 days of receiving them<\/strong>, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, email support@5thblocker.shop<\/a> with your order number, or use our Cancellation Form<\/a>. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.<\/p>\n

This right does not apply to items made to your specification, or goods that become unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example socks or wristbands, once the packaging is opened).<\/p>\n

Returning an item<\/h2>\n

  1. Email support@5thblocker.shop<\/a> with your order number and which item(s) you’re returning.<\/li>\n
  2. We reply within one working day with a return address and a reference to write on the parcel.<\/li>\n
  3. Post the item back in its original packaging where possible. Unless the item is faulty or was wrongly described, you pay the return postage.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. We refund once we receive the item back \u2014 see timing below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Refunds<\/h2>\n

    We refund to your original payment method. We don’t issue store credit unless you ask for it. We process refunds within 3 working days of receiving your return, and always within the statutory 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3\u201310 working days to show it on your statement. If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, we refund the full amount \u2014 including delivery \u2014 within 14 days of you telling us.<\/p>\n

    Faulty or wrongly described items<\/h2>\n

    If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us a photo and your order number \u2014 we’ll cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page.<\/p>\n

    30-day short-term right to reject<\/h2>\n

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty you may be entitled to reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This sits alongside, and does not replace, the 14-day cancellation right above.<\/p>\n

    Order cancelled before dispatch<\/h2>\n

    Email support@5thblocker.shop<\/a> with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already gone, follow the returns process above.<\/p>\n

    Not happy with how we’ve handled it?<\/h2>\n

    Reply to our last email and ask for it to be reviewed \u2014 we’ll respond within 5 working days.
