Contact: support@5thblocker.shop<\/a>.<\/p>\n We sell quad skate wheels, bearings, laces, toe guards, bags, tools, socks and wristbands. We do not sell protective equipment<\/strong> (helmets, knee pads, wrist guards) and none of our products should be relied on for impact protection. Product descriptions and specifications (material, size, hardness) are as supplied by our manufacturers and sourcing partners; we have not independently tested them.<\/p>\n Prices are shown and charged in the currency you select: US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), Canadian Dollars (CAD) or Australian Dollars (AUD). Our base prices are set in US Dollars; prices in other currencies are converted at exchange rates we set and review regularly. The total shown at checkout, including delivery, is the amount you pay us. Prices do not include any import duty, local sales tax or customs handling fee your country may charge on delivery (see Shipping & Import Duties<\/a>). We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.<\/p>\n When you place an order you make an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm dispatch. Clicking the checkout button places an order with an obligation to pay<\/strong>. We may decline or cancel an order \u2014 for example if an item turns out to be out of stock \u2014 in which case we refund you in full.<\/p>\n Orders are fulfilled by our sourcing partners and may be dispatched from outside the UK. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.<\/p>\n Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout once payment is enabled on the store. We do not store your full card details. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor once connected \u2014 see Payment & Security<\/a>.<\/p>\n You’re responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.<\/p>\n We are liable for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting without reasonable care, up to the price you paid for the relevant item, except where the law does not allow us to limit or exclude liability (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). We are not liable for indirect or business losses.<\/p>\n These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own part of the UK as well as in Scotland.<\/p>\n We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time you order.<\/p>\n These terms are written in English.
