Shipping & Import Duties
Where orders ship from
5TH BLOCKER SKATES LTD does not hold its own warehouse. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our sourcing partners, and your parcel may be sent from outside your country (and outside the United Kingdom). This affects both delivery time and the possibility of import charges, so it’s worth knowing before you order.

Delivery is charged in the currency you shop in and is always added to your total at checkout, before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment clearing. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and by our sourcing partner for that item — typically 7 to 25 working days worldwide. These are typical times, not guarantees: customs inspections, carrier backlogs and public holidays can extend them. You’ll get a dispatch email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves our partner; tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan.
Import duties, taxes & customs
Because parcels may be sent from outside your country, import duty, local sales tax, or a carrier handling fee may be charged when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority, are separate from the price you pay us, and are payable by you, the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance and they are not included in our checkout total. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the goods but not the outbound delivery charge.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. We cannot ship to any destination subject to UK or international trade sanctions, or to any address a carrier refuses to serve. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 working days, email support@5thblocker.shop with your order number and we’ll open an enquiry with the carrier.
